The Rules for Full-Time Members
Full-Time Members of the group must agree to adhere to the following rules.

The group will only allow one representative of any trade or profession to be a Full Time member at any time.

Before joining, at least one existing Full-Time member of the group must be able to vouch for the character and professionalism of any applicant.

Before joining, applicants must demonstrate that they hold the appropriate qualifications allowing them to carry out business in their trade or profession.

Before joining, applicants must demonstrate they hold the appropriate type and level of insurance to protect their clients, where applicable.

New members, who satisfy rules 2, 3 and 4, must serve a probation period of six months. At the end of the probation period the group will decide whether to allow the new member to continue.

Full-Time Members must be the Owner/Partner/Director of their company or be authorised to make legal and financial decisions for that company.

Full-Time Members must carry on their normal business in Edinburgh, The Lothains, Fife and Borders.

Full-Time Members must act with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity at all times.

The primary aim of this group is to promote the services of its members to the general public. All Full-Time members must promote this group using any means at their disposal.

Full Time members must be active in the group by attending the regular meetings and participating in the on-line forum.

Full time members who do not abide by these rules will have their membership suspended or revoked at the discretion of the group. Members agree to adhere to a two-strikes and out policy. After two infringements of the rules, membership is revoked.

Each Full-Time member must pay a Joining Fee and monthly Membership Fees thereafter. Non-payment of fees will result in membership being suspended or revoked at the discretion of the group.

Each Full-Time member must post at least two updates to the online forum per month.

The group will have three officers; Chair, Sectary and Treasurer. Elections for these posts will be held annually and result will be by simple majority.
